The stones are set around a plain open gold heart section that each amethyst is set under and by a gold heart shaped claw. The heart is suspended through the centre by a large diamond set oval bail, total diamond content 0.04ct. Suspended from an 18" 18ct gold French curb chain weighing 4.6g.
