In wonderful condition, this antique gent's Bloodstone signet ring is a very handsome prospect. In the classical style, inspired by Roman jewels, it has furled molding around the setting and tapered coloumnal shoulders; quite stately in fact. The gently shaped central oval plaque is of an unusual semi transparent Bloodstone lightly speckled with red Jasper. It is possible to have this panel hand carved with an intaglio crest or monogram to personalise.
Inside the band is a full set of stamps for 18ct Gold which were applied at the Birmingham Assay Office in 1920. The ring size is an 'S' or '9' as is but it could be altered a little to suit.
